Climate March Says 'NO' to Fracking

Grosvenor Square & Westminster, London. Sat 1 Dec 2012
 
 Finally it was in place, but it was tricky to keep the banner legible in the wind

'Workers' from 'Frack-off London' in orange hi-viz suits and blue hard hats pose with others in front of the rig

 

 

And are joined by 'George Osborne' with his message 'keep calm and drill on'

I couldn't find a decent way to photograph the fracking rig and the banners 

partly because there were too many people in the way
      
 

There was a rally in Old Palace yard, with several speakers including John McDonnell, MP

and

Green Party Leader Natalie Bennett
