The building at the end of this street is quite clearly GUN WHARVES, a long line of tall six story wharves that line both sides of Wapping High St just west of Wapping Underground Station. The cyclist was going West along Wapping High St, and I was probably standing close to the corner of Clave St.
 
Apart from Gun Wharves, most of the buildings around have been demolished. A few facades have been retained, often with considerable alteration.
