Sotheby's 'Dignity under the Hammer' protest

Old Bond St, London. Wed 1 Jul 2015

  

 
 More police arrive and get their orders to clear the protesters away from the front of Sotheby's

 where most are now gathered with the banners

 Including Class War with water pistols

 

 Ian Bone gets warned for putting rubbish in the way of cars driving down the street

 They take him across the road

 

 and talk to him some more

 Police march up to the protesters in front of Sotheby's and start trying to get them to move

Protesters argue with police that they have a right to protest

 
 
Sotheby's security are lined up behind the banners.

The protesters stay their ground and make a lot of noise as police try to talk to them

and keep hold of the banners that the police have tried to grab
